  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you access and use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit.

  • To communicate with you: We use your contact information to send you updates about the Service, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support. Lawful Basis: Performance of a contract and/or Legitimate Interests.
  • To improve and personalize the Service: We analyze usage data to understand how our users interact with the platform and to develop new features. Lawful Basis: Legitimate Interests.

  • Other Users: When a Sourcer lists a deal, certain information is visible to Investors. When an Investor expresses interest in a deal, their contact information may be shared with the Sourcer to facilitate communication.

These providers are only given the information they need to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and secure.
