• Verify all user-submitted information

All transactions and decisions are made at your own risk.

6. User Content and Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload content that violates laws or third-party rights
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it for operating the platform.

• Sourcers may be required to pay subscription fees

• We do not store full payment card details

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Sourcer listings may be visible to Investors
• Investor contact details may be shared with Sourcers when interest is expressed

All content on the platform (excluding user-generated content), including:

• Logos
• Design
• Software
• Text and graphics

is owned by or licensed to InvestaLink and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our permission.

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Restrict access to the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
